All eCards are delivered instantly to your eWallet, accessible from both the website and mobile app for quick and easy eCard redemption, anywhere any time.

Key functionality includes, barcode scan and PIN, check balance links and eVault to access your retailer loyalty cards.

The eWallet displays all your purchased eCards with the most recent purchase listed first, and filtering is quick and easy with the dropdown menu listing all the eCards in your eWallet.

To redeem simply click the “View Details” button and all the relevant data is presented for online and instore redemption.

• Check Balance: Retailer page will open for you to complete any manual steps to check your eCard balance. Instructions specific to each individual eCard will open in a pop-up window to guide you through the process. We have automated as much of this process as possible based on the security requirements of each eCard and the Retailers terms of use.
• Download: Link to data provided by the retailer including eCard pdf download, web link to eCard and redeem details, plus for some eCards access to live balance or check balance URL link.
• Archive: once fully redeemed send eCard to archive.
• eGift: use our customisable eGifting templates to send eCards to family and friends.
• eShare: send eCard direct from your mobile phone via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, messenger, etc

Step by step instructions

eCard redemption
1. Login and open eWallet
2. Select your eCard form the dropdown menu
3. Click “View Details” to open eCard redemption data and links.
4. Scan or enter barcode number and PIN as required by retailer

• Instore: scan barcode or enter eCard number, then enter PIN
• Online: enter eCard number and where applicable enter PIN
• Upload: copy eCard number to paste into Retailer account (ie amazon, Apple, Binge, eBay, Kayo Sports)

Check eCard balance
1. Login and open eWallet
2. Search for your eCard form the dropdown menu.
3. Select “View Details” to open eCard redemption data and links.
4. Select “Check Balance” and a pop-up window will provide instructions on the process to check eCard balance. We have automated as much of this process as possible, but several eCards require manual input to complete the process, due to retailer security protocols and terms of use.

Download an eCard
1. Login and open eWallet
2. Search for your eCard form the dropdown menu
3. Select “View Details” to open eCard redemption data and links.
4. Select “Download“ to open data provided by the retailer including eCard pdf download, web link to eCard and redeem details

Archive fully redeemed eCard
1. Login and open eWallet
2. Search for your eCard form the dropdown menu
3. Select “View Details” to open eCard redemption data and links.
4. Select “Archive“ to send the eCard to archive for storage.

Send eCard as gift from eWallet
1. Login and open eWallet
2. Search for your eCard form the dropdown menu
3. Select “View Details” to open eCard redemption data and links.
4. Select “eGift“ to open eGifting module to send to recipient using our customised email templates
5. Select eGifting template
6. Enter the following information.

• name: to customise the email template
• email address: to send the eGift
• mobile phone number: send them as SMS message to alert them of the eGift and to check junk mail.
• Add a personalised message
• Upload an image, photo or graphic to further customise the eGift.

7. Send now or select a specific date
8. Preview eGift email
9. Send (or schedule send) eGift.

Scan Loyalty Card and redeem eCard
1. Login and open eWallet
2. Search for your eCard form the dropdown menu.
3. Select “View Details” to open eCard redemption data and links.
4. Select “Loyalty Card Link” to open your retailer loyalty card previously loaded into the eVault.
5. Scan Loyalty Card and close window.
6. Scan or enter barcode number and PIN as required by retailer.
